About Us
SHABE exists to help teachers, paraprofessionals and administrators to educate students whose native language is not English. SHABE was founded by Diana Garcia-Marion of Cy-Fair ISD. An award is given annually in her honor to someone who has given to bilingual and ESL education.
Activities that are held throughout the year include:
